Out for a bit to eat (open)

[Will]

Will was siting in the resteraunt eating his meal.
"hey daddy, watch this" he heard a little kid say.
The kid was siting in front of will. the kid made his pop start to move and form shapes.
"NO" he heard the father yell. "WHAT DID I TELL YOU" he yelled as he back handed his child. gasps were heard through-out the resteraunt. "WHAT DID I SAW" he said again. he was about to backhand his son again, but will had gotten up. and had grabbed the mans wrist.
"no" will said starring the man down. "you dont hit your kid, EVER" he said.
"oh yeah, and what are you gonna do about it, he's my son, i can hit him if i want" the man said as he tried to pull his hand away. the kid started to cry.
"but hitting your child, that's something you never do" he said. he picked the man up. "i believe that's child abuse, and you can go to jail for that" he said. "has he hit you before" he asked the kid. the kid gave a faint nod. "i should pound you into the ground right now" he said. "but that wouldn't be setting a good example" he said. luckaly, a person who worked with the police had been in the resteraunt and took the man away. "um, do you think you could watch this kid until we get someone from child services here" the officer said. "sure" will said as he looked at the kid. the kid was in the corner crying. "its ok, your fathers gone" he said as the child nodded

[Patricia]

Patricia walked in and saw a man talking to a boy. She walked up to them.
"Is he ok?"
She asked with a smile on her face.

[Will]

"he will be" he said. "just his f*cking father is an abusive not a very nice person" he said. "he hit his child because he was using powers" he said. he looked over to the kid. "my names will" he said to the kid as he extended his hand. the kid shook his hand. "my na-name's b-bi-billy" he said, he was a bit shacky.

[Patricia]

"Who you like to see something cool?"
She asked the kid kneeling down with a smile.

[Will]

"the kid looked at her, then to will. he looked back at pat and nodded shyly. "ok" he said. will smiled as he watched

[Patricia]

"What is you favorite animal?"
She asked smiling at the kid.

[Will]

"wolf" the kid said quietly to will.
will smiled. "i think he said wolf" he said

[Patricia]

"Watch this."
She said put her hands up and fire came out as a shape of a wolf. She smiled at the kid.

[Will]

a little smile came on the kid, but quickly went away. he cringed. "huh" will said, you ok?" he asked the kid.
"i'm going to get hurt again" he said. "for talking to someone who has powers" the kid said.
"no you wont, your fathers gone, he wont hurt you" he said. the kid curled up into a little ball. "trust me, if you father tries to put a hand on you, i will stop him" he said.

[Patricia]

"Is there something I can do?"
She asked looking up at Will.

[Will]

"um, i dont know" he said. the kid looked up to will.
"you sure you can keep him away from me?" the kid asked.
"im sure i can" he said

[Patricia]

"Well kid I think your in good hands."
She said smiling as she stood up.

[Flyboy]

Kevin walked into the restaurant and took a seat near a window.He looked over and saw two adults talking to a little kid,he looked worried."Hm,the kid must be in trouble or something.I remember those days."he said as he leaned back in his chair,reminiscing.

[Will]

"c-can i stay with you?" the kid asked will.
wills head went to the side. "you want me to watch you?" he said to the kid. the kid nodded. he raised an eyebrow. "um-well" he said

Kevin's ears twitched as he listened to the conversation.He soon realized that the kid wasn't the man's."Hm,must be an orphan or something.Sucks to be him."he said while looking through a menu.
